This includes, but is not limited to:
Hosting plans
VPS, cloud, or dedicated servers
Setup fees
Add-on services
Used service periods
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Customer change of mind
Service suspension or termination due to policy violations
Abuse, illegal usage, or breach of Terms and Conditions
Downtime caused by force majeure or third-party providers
Failure by the Customer to maintain backups or secure access credentials
Refunds may be granted only at Cloudora’s sole discretion and only if explicitly agreed in writing before payment.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time depends on the payment provider (e.g. Stripe)
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Account termination
Blocking of future orders
Cloudora Tech LLC reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting documentation.
If Cloudora offers service credits for downtime or service issues, such credits:
Are not cash refunds
Cannot be transferred or redeemed for money
Are applied only to future service invoices
